Planter upgrades, installs & rebuilds

Keep the frame you own. We install the full Precision Planting line and strip planters to the bar when that's what it needs.

Where growers usually start

There's no one right answer. Different ground, different money on the line. Here's how the options break down.

Don't trade planters

Often the frame is fine.

When a grower trades planters, the goal is usually new row units and new technology. Ready Row Units let you bolt those onto the frame you already own, for a fraction of the cost of a new planter.

Complete rebuilds

Stripped to the bar and built back up.

Harnesses routed, clipped and supported. Hydraulics labeled and clamped. Every wear point replaced or it doesn't go back on. Done inside, on a bench.

Common questions

What's the best planter upgrade to buy first?

It depends on your ground, your rotation and what's costing you now. We walk the planter with you and figure out which upgrade pays back first.

Should I upgrade my planter or trade it?

Usually the frame is fine and the row units and technology are what's behind. Upgrading what you own costs a fraction of a new planter. Call with your make, model and row count.

Can you put Precision Planting on my John Deere or Kinze?

Yes. John Deere and Kinze are the most common, along with Case IH and White. Tell us the model and row count and we'll tell you what fits.

Do you do complete planter rebuilds?

Yes. Stripped to the bar and built back up, with wiring, hydraulics and liquid systems done inside the shop.
